Here at VGH, we love L4D2 like no other game. So I am ecstatic to announce that there will be new DLC that can be played on both Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead 2.

If anyone has missed playing as the original survivors, here's your chance to relive the glory days. Valve has planned a multitude of goodies in this DLC. First and foremost is a new campaign titled "Sacrifice." In this campaign you play "The Passing" but from the perspective of the original crew. Then at the end, you are able to choose who will live and who will die. In addition, this can be downloaded to either L4D or L4D2.

In addition to this, No Mercy is being remade and but into L4D2! Arguably the most popular campaign from the first game will have all of the mechanics from the 2nd game put into it. I can't wait to get some epic charger spots and charge people off the roof top finale!

Finally, this DLC will be free for PC and Mac players, but will cost a little bit for 360 players, however this price hasn't been announced yet.

Skip to Chapter 4 for a video of what will be offered:

  1. Can't wait to play this on my not-xbox version. It's somewhat hard going back to the old game as it lacks the awesome new violence effects and new special infected, but it's still immensely playable.

  8. That's cool. I would have preferred just playing with the old characters in the new game, but that'll work too.

  15. The old cast is overall more likable, however Ellis and Nick are both pretty damn awesome with Ellis having a bit more character. Him and his wacky stroies with Keith and all. I don't mind Coach, and Rochelle is just... There.

  18. Awesome, definately looking forward to the new game mode and getting to to play alongside the old characters again. Dunno, I just like the old cast more. They're more likeable.

  • COD: Multiplayer Trailer

I'll admit, I haven't been too excited for Call of Duty: Black Ops. The only thing that has really interested me so far has been the single player, because the Call of Duty campaigns have always been great at delivering an action-packed, intense single player experience. Check it out!
