Or are you the kind of person who is naturally a good gamer, and describe yourself as the best out of all your friends?
In this article, I will talk about different types of gadgets and techniques that people use to enhance their gaming advantages, but the real question is: How far would you go to achieve greatness?

| Kontrol Freek's 40% Extended Joystick |
Another, accessory by Kontrol Freek is the Speed Freek which helps gamers in racing games by giving you more comfort as the accessory almost covers your thumb. the down side is the same where it is harder and will take longer to move your thumbs to the buttons on your controller. Oh and is a good thing i didn't forget there brilliant new product TD Freek which is for football sport gamers. The TD Freek is the same thing as the FPS Freek but the grips look like footballs.
If you need something to enhance your performance visually then you might want to check out a company called GUNNAR Optiks. They make specialized glasses that help decreased tension on your eyes while looking into video screens for long periods of time, and might I also say they make you look very fashionable. Although, The reason I would not buy these specialized glasses is because I'm not at the age where I care about the health of my eyes enough to order a pair of 80-100 dollar glasses. But, if you were at the age where you are worried about your eyes or your optometrist tells you that you need to lay off the video games then this might be a good investment. Also, GUNNAR Optiks has specialized glasses for the up and coming 3D games, television sets and even everyday outside eyewear. Now, to put aside material things there are certain games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 where the credibility of the player is the key important factor. Would you be willing to give someone you don't even know 1600 Microsoft Points or Playstation Points to "boost" you up to 10th prestige with the risk of getting banned from Xbox Live? Or maybe buy or modify a Turbo controller and brag about it to everyone elses? Or even modify your console with a chance to brick it or get caught and getting banned and costing you $300 to pay for a new one?
I guess, at the end of the day it comes down to the person itself. Do they have the money to spend or do they not. Personally, the farthest I've gone is I purchased a X31 wireless Turtle Beach ($90) because I was sick of the little rinky dink $20 sh*t default Xbox mics breaking when I sat on them. That is as far as I will go because I game for fun and it's only a hobby, not a life style. The only time I would ever improve my gaming for hundreds of dollars would be when I play Call of Duty and get bullsh*t killed and I think all of you can Call of Duty players can relate.
So guys leave me a comment telling me how far, what your limit is, and what gaming means/is to you.

I have Gunnar Glasses, and it's a pretty good alternative to just staring at an LCD screen all day. Also, Boosting is for faggots. But, nice post nonetheless :)
Nice article, Gunnar Glasses are sick but like you said I don't really need em'until you really need em'
I got some Kontrol Freek's on my controller, and it really does work. It's the difference between you sniping someone, and someone sniping you.
That "Speed Freek" add-on looks really retarded. I don't even know how you can use that.
LOLOLOL, you guys should give this out on your Forum Sweepstakes.
How much are these items anyways?
Turtle Beach sucks, go get some Astros.
Lovin' the beginning but sorta hate the ending.
Awesome post!
